To be in good health,make sure you eat balance diet everyday,90percent of people in Nigeria eat unbalance diet which cause a lot of problem for them,is good to eat balance diet bcos it will make you healthy.
Example,eat Rice and Beans in the mrg with stew or Rice with vegetable soup and fish,after u can take your fruit,lunch u can eat solid food and stew with fish or meat,dinner eat beans with anything,don't forget your fruit.
All this make body to strong,fresh,healthy. only Not carbohydrate all the time ,is not good for health.
So many people have problem with eating beans at night.
For breakfast, I prefer tea or coffee with fried egg and bread, afternoon i can eat solid food like correct AKPU with Onugbo soup

. At night, I can eat anything.
