I don't think Instant funding is a reality in Nigeria e-currency exchange system. Exchangers also buy, they do not manufacture e-currencies. They are also delayed where they buy and depending on demand, they may not have enough at that moment to offer instant funding.
What I propose is that exchangers go back to the old system of 24-48hrs funding. At that, customers will not have false hope of instant funding and it'll also give the exchanger the space to procure enough e-currency for the transaction.
Only if you know what most e-currency exchangers go through to get your accounts funded!...
